Before you book
Frequently asked questions
How do I book an appointment?
Right here on this website, in the Booking section: choose the treatment, the day and the time slot, then enter your contact details. The booking becomes final once you have received a confirmation — I will let you know by e-mail.
You can also book by message, on the same terms.
Why do I only see a few start times?
Because the calendar adapts to the length of the treatment you choose. A four-hour XL gel nail set only fits where there really are four free hours in a row — so fewer start times appear for it than for a one-hour manicure.
This way you can never book a time and then find out that the treatment does not fit.
How long does a treatment take?
Gel nails take 3 hours in S and M length, and 4 hours in L and XL length. Reinforced gel polish takes 2 hours, a manicure and gel nail removal 1 hour each.
Decorations — French, baby boomer, ombré, chrome powder or full rhinestone coverage — do not make the treatment longer; they only add to the price.
How much do gel nails cost in Kazincbarcika?
The price of gel nails depends on the length: S 8,000 Ft, M 9,000 Ft, L 10,000 Ft, XL 12,000 Ft. Reinforced gel polish is 7,000 Ft, a classic manicure 3,000 Ft and a Japanese manicure 4,000 Ft.
Each decoration is a flat 500 Ft extra, design printing 1,000 Ft per design, and a repair or replacement 1,000 Ft per piece. All of them can be selected when you book, and none makes the appointment longer.
Gel nail removal is 4,000 Ft and can be booked on its own — if you do not want a new set, just the old one taken off.
How late can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before the treatment. That leaves enough time to offer the free slot to someone else.
In your confirmation e-mail you will find a “Cancel appointment” button — you can cancel with it without writing a message. Within the 24 hours, please send me a message.
If you miss an appointment without letting me know, a deposit may be requested for your next booking.
What happens if I am late?
If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, the treatment may have to be shortened or moved to a new appointment — so that the next guest does not have to wait.
Is there a guarantee on the finished nails?
Yes, there is a one-week guarantee, provided you use them as intended. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, biting or injury.
How can I pay?
Payment is made after the treatment, in cash or by another method available in the salon.
What should I tell you in advance?
If you have a skin condition, an allergy, are pregnant, or have any health issue that could affect the treatment. You can also write this in the Note field when you book.
If you have a fever or a contagious illness, please cancel your appointment.
What are the hygiene rules?
All tools are disinfected, and many of them are single-use.
